The whole list of Galaxy S23 Ultra specs is now available.
The Galaxy S23 series won't go on sale for another couple of months. The forthcoming flagship smartphone from Samsung has gotten the requisite TENAA certification, therefore the details of the gadget have been made public. Information regarding the phone's display, processor, cameras, and battery life is disclosed via this certification.
Six of the Galaxy S23 Ultra's (SM-G9180).8-inch diagonal display features a QHD+ resolution (3,088x1,440 pixels), according to certification paperwork from TENAA. The gadget offers both 5G and 4G LTE connectivity. Its octa-core processor consists of three CPU clusters, two of which run at 2.8GHz and one at 3.36GHz. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 (AC variant), which features a faster clock speed than the base model, is equivalent (AB version). The smartphone comes with 8GB/12GB RAM and 256GB/512GB/1TB of storage.

Although Samsung probably upscaling photos from its 10MP sensors to 12MP quality for uniformity, the certification paperwork say that it features 12MP telephoto cameras.
The paper also discloses the presence of Bluetooth, USB, a gyroscope, a proximity sensor, a light sensor, an under-display fingerprint reader, and face recognition in Samsung's future high-end phone. Its measurements are 163.478.18.9mm by 233g. Also included is a 4,855mAh battery, which will be marketed as a 5,000mAh battery.
